Instructions for Use: 1. With clean hands, roll the earplug between your thumb and forefinger to compress it into a narrow cylinder. 2. Reach over your head with the opposite hand and gently pull your ear upward and outward. 3. Quickly insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal just far enough to create a seal. 4. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds while it expands to fill the ear canal. 5. Repeat the process for the other ear.
Recommended Frequency: Use these earplugs whenever you are exposed to potentially harmful noise levels, such as in noisy workplaces, at concerts, or during loud activities.
Additional Tips: 1. Ensure the earplugs are clean before insertion. 2. Do not force the earplugs too deeply into the ear canal. 3.
