Instructions for Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling the earplugs. 2. Roll the earplug between your fingers to compress it into a small cylinder. 3. Gently pull your earlobe upwards and slightly outwards. 4. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal, ensuring the tip is pointing slightly upwards and backwards. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds until it expands and seals the ear canal. 6. Repeat the process for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently pull the earplug outwards. Do not twist or yank.
Recommended Frequency: Use the earplugs as needed during activities involving pressure changes, such as airplane flights, scuba diving, or driving in mountainous areas. They can be worn during ascent and descent in airplanes, or throughout the flight if desired.
Additional Tips: Proper Fit: Ensure a proper seal to maximize effectiveness. If the earplugs do not fully block pressure changes, try repositioning them. Hygiene: Wash the earplugs with mild soap and water after each use and allow them to air dry completely before storing.
