Directions for Use:
1. Remove existing insoles from your shoes if present.
2. Place the Naturalgel Gel Insoles inside your shoes, ensuring the heel cup aligns with the back of the shoe.
3. Smooth the insoles to ensure they lie flat and there are no wrinkles or bumps.
4. Insert your feet into the shoes and walk around briefly to ensure a comfortable fit. If necessary, you can trim the insoles for a perfect fit, following the size guide printed on the insoles for sizes smaller than 35.
5. For optimal hygiene, air out the insoles regularly.
