How to Use: 1. Cleanse and dry your face thoroughly. 2. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of GH 0.3 Retinol-NP Serum Bi-Gel to your fingertips. 3. Gently massage the serum onto your face, avoiding the eye area and lips. 4. Allow the serum to absorb completely before applying other products. Recommended Frequency: Begin by using 2-3 times per week in the evening. If tolerated well, you can gradually increase to nightly use. Monitor your skin for any signs of irritation and adjust frequency accordingly.
Additional Tips: Always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher during the day, as retinol can increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun.
