DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Open the bag when you are ready to use the product.
Do not cut the pouch.
Gently tear along the pre-cut line to separate the side strips.

How to Use:

Recommended Frequency:
Use one Thermacare Knee Pain Therapy patch for up to 8 hours. You may use a new patch after 8 hours if needed. Do not use more than one patch at a time on the same knee.
