Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and pull the string down to ensure it is securely attached. 3. Locate the thinner, rounded end of the applicator. 4. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina, aiming slightly upwards and towards the back. 5. Once the applicator barrel is mostly inside, push the inner tube completely into the outer barrel to insert the tampon. 6. Carefully remove the applicator. 7. The string should hang outside the vagina for easy removal. 8. Wash your hands again.

Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours. Do not leave a tampon in for longer than 8 hours. Choose the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.
