How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Fold the Enna Cycle menstrual cup using your preferred folding method (C-fold, punch-down fold, 7-fold, etc.). 3. Once the cup is fully inside, rotate it slightly to ensure it opens and creates a seal against the vaginal walls. 5. The applicator can be used to assist with insertion, simply place the folded cup inside the applicator and insert as directed, then remove the applicator. 6. To remove, wash your hands, locate the stem of the cup, and gently pull downwards while pinching the base of the cup to break the seal. 7. Empty the contents into the toilet, rinse the cup with clean water, and reinsert. 8. Sterilize the cup after each cycle using the provided sterilizing box. Follow the sterilizer instructions for proper use.
Recommended frequency: The Enna Cycle menstrual cup can be worn for up to 12 hours. Empty and rinse the cup at least twice a day, or more frequently if needed. Sterilize the cup after each menstrual cycle.
