Ingredients
Different Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup Sizes according to Age and Childbirth
1. Vaginal births: depending on how your pelvic floor is, how your vaginal walls have been after childbirth, if you have exercised your pelvic floor and strengthened your vaginal walls the size you will need is smaller, if your pelvic floor has suffered after childbirth perhaps you will need a larger one.
2. Sport: regular sport practice influences the pelvic musculature, if you do a lot of sport you may need a smaller size.
3. Amount of flow: depending on whether your menstruation is light, normal, heavy or very heavy.
How to insert Enna Cycle Applicator:
a) Use the V-fold and insert the cup into the applicator. Place the cup in the applicator in the free area of the fold.
b) Insert the applicator as far as the fingers. Insert it all the way in so that the cup is well positioned.
c) Carefully remove the applicator so that the cup opens inside and is positioned correctly.

Directions for Use:
1. Sterilize your Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup before first use using the Enna sterilizing box or by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes.
2. Fold the cup using your preferred folding method (e.g., C-fold, V-fold, 7-fold).
3. Insert the folded cup into the Enna Cycle Applicator Size M. Ensure the cup is placed within the applicator's opening, nestled in the free area of the fold.
4. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go, up to the base of your fingers. This ensures proper placement of the cup.
5. Carefully remove the applicator while holding the base of the cup to prevent it from being pulled out. This allows the cup to open fully inside and position itself correctly against the cervix.
6. Check the seal: Once the applicator is removed, run a finger around the base of the cup to ensure it has opened fully and created a seal. You may need to gently rotate the cup to achieve a proper seal.
7. The Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup can be worn for up to 12 hours.
8. To remove: Wash your hands thoroughly. Locate the stem of the cup. Gently pinch the base of the cup to break the seal. Slowly pull the cup downwards and outwards.
9. Empty the collected menstrual flow into the toilet.
10. Rinse the cup thoroughly with clean water and reinsert. Alternatively, wash the cup with a mild, unscented soap.
11. Repeat steps 2-10 for each subsequent use.
Recommended Frequency:
The Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup and applicator can be used for each menstrual cycle. Empty and rinse the cup every 8-12 hours, or more frequently if needed, depending on your flow.
