2. Remove the Salveped Oval Callus Protector from its packaging.

5. Wear the protector as needed to relieve pressure and friction from footwear.
Recommended Frequency:
Apply a new Salveped Oval Callus Protector as needed. Replace the protector if it becomes worn, damaged, or loses its adhesive properties. For best results, use daily or as often as you wear shoes that put pressure on the affected area.

For optimal callus care, consider using a pumice stone or foot file to gently exfoliate the callus before applying the protector.
