Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Boil 150ml of water and let it cool down to approximately 50°C. 3. Pour the water into a clean bowl or plate. 4. Add 5-6 tablespoons (approximately 25-30g) of Blevit Optimum 8 Cereals. 5. Stir with a fork until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous consistency. 6. Do not reheat leftover porridge. 7. Always check the temperature of the porridge before feeding it to your baby.
Recommended frequency: Introduce Blevit Optimum 8 Cereals gradually into your baby's diet, starting with one serving per day and increasing as needed. It can be given as part of breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
