How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before using the aspirator. 2. Gently insert the anatomical tip into the baby's nostril, ensuring it doesn't go too deep. 3. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and gently suck on the tube to create suction. 4. The disposable sponge filter will trap the mucus, preventing it from entering the tube or your mouth. 5. Remove the aspirator and discard the used sponge filter. 6. Repeat the process for the other nostril with a new sponge filter. 7. Clean the anatomical tip and the mouthpiece with warm soapy water after each use and allow to dry completely.

Recommended frequency: Use as needed to relieve nasal congestion. This may vary depending on the baby's individual needs. It can be used several times a day if necessary.

Additional tips: 1. To soften the mucus and make aspiration easier, you can use saline solution or a few drops of breast milk in the baby's nostrils before using the aspirator. 2.
