Start at the forehead, apply gentle pressure and begin rolling using upward and outward movements.

How to Use:
1. Cleanse your face thoroughly. 2. Apply your favorite serum, face oil, moisturizer, or mask liberally to your face.

5. Move down to your neck, rolling from the base of your neck towards your chin and then outwards towards your collarbone (décolletage).
