Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Oral-B Sensitivity & Gum Calm toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Gently brush your teeth thoroughly for two minutes, paying attention to areas with sensitivity or gum discomfort. 3. Be sure to brush all surfaces of your teeth: front, back, and chewing surfaces. 4. Spit out the toothpaste after brushing. Do not swallow. 5. Rinse your mouth with water after brushing.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice daily, once in the morning and once before bedtime, or as recommended by your dentist.
Additional Tips: For optimal results, use Oral-B Sensitivity & Gum Calm toothpaste regularly.
Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after brushing to allow the protective layer to fully form.
