Rinse thoroughly with water after brushing.
Recommended frequency: Use the VITIS monotip toothbrush at least twice a day, after breakfast and before bed, or as directed by your dental professional. It can also be used after each meal for optimal plaque removal.
Additional tips: 1. Replace your VITIS monotip toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 2.
