Gently insert the brush: Insert the brush into the interdental space without forcing. The brush should slide in comfortably. Do not push or force the brush if it doesn't fit easily. 3. Move the brush back and forth: Gently move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris. Avoid excessive force, which could damage your gums. 4. Rinse the brush: After each use, rinse the brush thoroughly under running water. 5. Replace the brush: Replace the brush when the bristles become worn or frayed, typically after a week of use.
