After ejaculation, and while the penis is still erect, hold the base of the condom firmly and carefully withdraw from your partner. 6. Gently roll the condom off the penis, being careful not to spill any semen. 7. Wrap the used condom in a tissue and dispose of it in a bin. Do not flush down the toilet.
