Like any other muscle group, as we age they lose elasticity, and are often affected by pregnancy or hormonal changes. How to Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Fold: Fold the Lily Cup Compact twice, forming a "C" shape. 3. Insert: Hold the folded cup firmly and gently insert it into your vagina, aiming towards your tailbone. 4. Release: Once inside, rotate the cup slightly to ensure it opens fully and creates a seal. You should not feel the cup once it is correctly positioned. 5. Removal: Wash your hands. Locate the base of the cup. Pinch the base to break the seal and gently pull the cup downwards. 6.
