Directions for Use:
1. Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages. 2. Wash your hands thoroughly. 3. Remove the protective cap from the bottle. 4. Tilt your head slightly back. 5. Carefully insert the nozzle into one nostril. 6. Press the pump once or twice to dispense the solution into the nostril.
