How to use

Allow the solution to drain for a few seconds, then gently blow your nose again if needed.
Recommended Frequency: Use 1-3 times per day in each nostril as needed to relieve nasal congestion and other symptoms. For children under 6 years old, consult a healthcare professional before use.
