Repeat steps 2-7 for the other ear. 9. After removing the earplugs, gently tug on the outer edge to allow air to escape and prevent pressure buildup.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for noise reduction, water protection, or dust protection. These earplugs are reusable but should be replaced when they become dirty, lose their shape, or show signs of wear and tear.
