Recommended Frequency: For oily and dandruff-prone hair, we recommend using this shampoo no more than twice a week. Additional Tips: For best results, avoid using very hot water, as this can stimulate sebum production. Consistency is key when regulating sebum production. If you experience excessive dryness or irritation, reduce the frequency of use. You can also combine this shampoo with a lightweight conditioner on the ends of your hair to prevent dryness, if needed.
