How to use
-Apply at night on dry skin. Apply once every 3 nights.
-When your skin has become accustomed to phase 1, use every other night.
-When your skin has become accustomed to phase 2, use every night as tolerated.

Gently massage the cream into your skin using upward circular motions until fully absorbed. 4. Phase 1: Introduction Phase: Apply once every three nights for the first two weeks.
5. Phase 2: Adjustment Phase: Once your skin has adjusted to Phase 1 (approximately two weeks), increase application to every other night.
