Recommended frequency: Use 2-3 times per week for optimal results. For sensitive skin, start with 1-2 times per week and gradually increase the frequency as tolerated.
Additional tips: For best results, use in conjunction with a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher during the day to protect the skin from further pigmentation.
