Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands and the Laselle Exerciser with warm water and a mild, pH-balanced soap. 2. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the exerciser for easier insertion. 3. In a comfortable position (standing, sitting, or lying down), gently insert the exerciser into your vagina similar to inserting a tampon, leaving the removal string hanging outside. 4. Once inserted, try to squeeze and lift your pelvic floor muscles around the exerciser. You should feel the weighted inner ball move slightly, confirming correct placement. 5. Hold the contraction for a few seconds, then release. Repeat the exercise several times. 6. After your workout, gently pull the removal string to remove the exerciser. Wash thoroughly and allow to air dry.
Recommended Frequency: Use the Laselle Exerciser for 5 minutes, twice a day. You can gradually increase the duration and frequency as your pelvic floor strength improves. Consistency is key for optimal results.
