Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before applying the gel. 2. Apply a small amount of Mustela Organic Arnica & Calendula Gel to the affected area.
3. Gently massage the gel into the skin using circular motions until fully absorbed. 4. Do not apply to broken skin, open wounds, or near the eyes.
Recommended Frequency: Apply as needed, up to several times a day.
