Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles of your Oral-B Shiny Clean toothbrush. 2. Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums. 3. Gently brush each tooth in a circular motion, ensuring you reach all surfaces. 4. Brush for at least two minutes, paying attention to the gum line, outer and inner surfaces of each tooth. 5. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 6. Rinse your toothbrush under running water and store upright in a clean, dry place.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with the Oral-B Shiny Clean toothbrush twice a day, for at least two minutes each time, for optimal oral hygiene.
Additional Tips: 1. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 2. For a deeper clean, consider using an interdental brush or floss to remove plaque and food particles from between your teeth. 3.
