I'm a big Penhaligon's fan, and Arthur doesn't disappoint. Longevity is fantastic; I could still smell it on my skin after a full workday. The projection is moderate, not overpowering, which I appreciate. It's definitely stronger than my Halfeti, but not as loud as The Tragedy of Lord George. Perfect for a sophisticated evening out.

Arthur is definitely a unique fragrance. I get a strong incense note right away, like walking into an old church. Then, a creamy vanilla comes through, softening the edges. Underneath it all, there's a subtle woodiness that keeps it from being too sweet. Very interesting.
